In order to have a healthy life, it is necessary to lead an active life with plenty of physical activities, to protect mental health, and to stay away from addictive substances such as cigarettes, alcohol, and caffeine.

In this one or two-week camp, the youngsters discover the importance of health for living accordingly, learn to respect vegan, vegetarian, and carnivorous people, and live in harmony with everyone who choose different lifestyles.
